Do you really answer at night and on weekends?

Will I know the price before you start?
Yes. You get a written estimate before any work begins.
Should I repair or replace my system?
Most systems last 10 to 20 years. If yours is near the end and needs frequent repairs, replacing it often costs less over time. We'll give you both options in writing.
What does SEER2 mean?
SEER2 measures how efficiently an AC cools. Higher means lower bills. Since January 2023, new central AC systems installed in Texas must be at least 13.8 to 14.3 SEER2, depending on size.
Can I replace just the outdoor unit?
Usually not. A mismatched system loses efficiency, can fail sooner and may void the manufacturer's warranty.
How often should I change my filter?
Check it monthly, especially in summer or with pets. A clogged filter is one of the most common reasons an AC struggles.
